Open your seminar with a room that breathes, speaks and laughs.

A 20 to 30 minute opening, in French or English, for up to 250 people. It is the opening format of the theme “Inspired leadership to bring your teams to life”, in the form of an energizer. Nicolas Baudry has been building corporate seminars for eleven years with Banana Events. He knows what a room of 180 people can take at 9 a.m., because he is also the one who walks on stage to open it.

What happens in the room

Five gestures, five superpowers, practised by the whole room

A 180-person room on its feet: phones off, breath, voice, laughter. A script written for your event, timed to the minute, in French or English. A good way to better detect and positively channel stress, personal and collective.

Why this opening

A voice, some breath, and strangers laughing

Nicolas's first job, about twenty years ago, left his stomach in knots every morning. There he met a former real-estate agent turned opera singing teacher. He showed Nicolas that he had a voice, and that using it well means releasing tension, physically. Years later, Nicolas created a public-speaking course to pass it on.

He also took part, for a film, in a filmed group-laughter session with strangers. Fourteen takes, five hours, and strangers who became almost friends. That is the material behind the opening.

To open a seminar, a convention or a plenary session

“Inspired leadership” opening

From €2,900 excl. VAT, 20 to 30 minutes, up to 250 people, in French or English.

  • A script written for your event, timed to the minute, with a cut-down plan B: the allotted time is kept even if the programme runs late.
  • Event agencies: a partner rate, a dedicated kit and white label are waiting for you, write to us.
  • 50 % deposit, balance 30 days before the date (D-30).
  • Postponement possible up to 12 months, for 20 % of the amount excl. VAT.
  • Travel, accommodation and meals are charged to the client.

To go further: the talk on this theme, from €3,900 excl. VAT, or the talk followed by a half-day workshop, from €5,500 excl. VAT. The two other themes, AI and team management, are offered at the same rates. To combine them, the “Augmented Team” seminar is built with Banana Events (new tab).
